Exercising the body is vital for good health and longevity, it clears the mind, stimulates the body to produce more energy, regulates and boosts your digestion/detoxification capabilities and great way to absorb a bit of vitamin D if you have the sun out.

I started to do calisthenic work out recently to improve my strength and athletic capabilities. In the beginning I barely lift my own body weight, but just a few weeks in and i’ve gain noticeable increase in strength and can do quite a few reps of pull ups and hand stands.

I believe that hard works pays off, you you apply enough elbow grease you will eventually get there. Just dont give up and keep pushing forward.  #stayhealthy #mindbodyspirit #keephealthy #optimumhealth
